Tuka Refractories Production and Services Company , Was established on May 11 1991 , for the production and supply of iron and steel making companies , as well as delivering refractory maintenance services as a subsidiary of Tuka Foulad Investment company. Scope of activities: Relying on its productive experience in refractories maintenance in various industrial plants and deploying the latest technologies of manufacturing refractories such as alumina and magnesite mixes, as well as refractory shaped casting and special parts, Tuka Refractories Production and services Company is now well in a position to produce a wide variety of refractory materials as per the customer order inside its facilities. Located in Mobarakeh Junction Industrial zone, 35 Kilometers from Esfahan, the production plant of the company consists of two workshops, one for refractory mixes , and the other for refractory parts. Enjoying modern equipment and machineries, our mix plant is capable of producing a wide range of acidic, basic and neutral refractory mixes, using the high quality materials from both domestic and international markets. The part manufacturing plant consists of two parts, one for the production of sliding gate plates with the annual capacity of 20000 plates, and the other responsible for the manufacture of other refractory parts with the capability to produce refractory parts ranging from 1 to 6000 kilograms with applications in iron and steel , cement, oil and petrochemical industries. It is worth mentioning that all productin processes run in accordance with the standard manuals put on technology cards, and the relevant technical data are recorded on sheets called technology cards , in which the quality records of the products are inserted for tracing purposes. All departments of the company comply with ISO 9001:2000 quality management standards in their processes. The quality control department of the company monitors all stages of production from input, throughput and output. The company’s quality control laboratory is equipped with all necessary means needed for performing the tests required by product data sheets. Tuka Refractories Production and Services Company has its head office in Esfahan , where meetings and seminars are held. Other departments of the company such as the commercial, sales and after sales, administrative, financial and training departments are located in the plant’s administrative building. The company accounts for about a hundred different products, a turnover of 17 million dollars , and a quarter of the Iranian refractories services market.
